Services

Hirst Media provides CRO (conversion rate optimization) audits, PR writing, press release distribution, and copywriting services. Service details, deliverables, and turnaround times are described on the Site and in any individual agreements.

CRO Audit Orders

• CRO audits are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price listed on the Site.
• Audits are delivered within 12 hours of payment, typically as a professional document sent to your email.
• Audits are based on our professional analysis and recommendations. Results from implementing recommendations are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

• Content on this Site (text, design, code, images) is owned by Hirst Media and protected by copyright.
• Blog content attributed to third-party sources remains the property of the original authors/publishers and is used with attribution.
• Deliverables (CRO audits, press releases, copy) become your property upon full payment.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

Limitation of Liability

Hirst Media provides services and content on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
