Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using hirstmedia.com ("the Site") or purchasing services from Hirst Media ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our services.

Services

Hirst Media provides CRO (conversion rate optimization) audits, PR writing, press release distribution, and copywriting services. Service details, deliverables, and turnaround times are described on the Site and in any individual agreements.

CRO Audit Orders

• CRO audits are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price listed on the Site.
• Audits are delivered within one business day of payment, typically as a professional document sent to your email.
• Audits are based on our professional analysis and recommendations. Results from implementing recommendations are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Guarantee

If an audit does not identify at least three specific, fixable problems on your site, you are entitled to a full refund. Request it by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will process it, no explanation required.

This guarantee covers the findings, not the outcome. As stated above, results from implementing recommendations are not guaranteed, since outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Outside of this guarantee, and outside anything agreed separately in writing, sales are final.

Intellectual Property

• Content on this Site (text, design, code, images) is owned by Hirst Media and protected by copyright.
• Blog content attributed to third-party sources remains the property of the original authors/publishers and is used with attribution.
• Deliverables (CRO audits, press releases, copy) become your property upon full payment.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

Limitation of Liability

Hirst Media provides services and content on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
